Bramble Management collects newsletter signups for new prompts, playbooks, and practical breakdowns from Nic’s projects.
What we collect
We store your email address, signup date, signup source, consent version, and subscription status. If you unsubscribe or an email later bounces, we may record that status and the relevant date or bounce type.
How we use and store it
We use your address to send the updates you requested. Your subscription record is stored in a private Google Sheet accessed by the owner. Google Apps Script processes the form. We do not sell the mailing list.
The form does not request your name, phone number, or location. We do not add advertising trackers to the signup form. Google and the website host may process technical request information as part of operating their services.
Unsubscribe or request deletion
You can ask to stop receiving updates or request deletion of your subscription record. Before newsletters begin, each newsletter will include a working unsubscribe method. A minimal suppression record may be retained to avoid sending you further updates.

Sending and retention
No newsletter is currently sent through Google Apps Script. Before sending begins, we will connect an email provider that supports unsubscribe and bounce handling and update this policy as needed. We retain subscription records while needed for the newsletter and review unused records if the launch is canceled.
